    1. Bottom Sealing and Cutting Section :

    Where bottom sealing and cutting of bag take place simultaneously this is a mickenically operated.

    i . A three role high lift column is provided to adjust the length of the mechanically a set of grooved rubber role mounted just prior to the cutting blades form a nip and pulls the seal to bend maintains constant tension while bottom sealed takes place.

    The nip is driven by stepper drive.

    A preset counter and emergency stop mounted for an easy access for the operator is also provided in this section.

    An imported camera for censing is provided.

    A dancing role mechanism with electronic sensing by proximity switch maintains continuity by single DC Drive and constant between the nip and cutting mechanism.

     
      2. Sealing Section:
        Hear, we gives three type bottom sealing;
       

    Single line sealing.

    II. Two line sealing.

    III. ‘T' shirt type sealing.

      3.  Unwind Consist of :
        a. A   hard chrome plated steel shaft are provided to hold the Tube roll
