    Unwind (Consists of 2 Sections)
  • A Pair of hand chrome plate steel shafts are Provided to Hold the Pair of film rolls.
  • Here Pouches are made from two separate films.
  • The bottom shaft acts as unwind Shaft for center Seal operation.
  • The Films roll is mounted on the hard chrome plated steel shaft and the film is folded by guiding it over a former.

    Sealing     (Sections)
  • For Three-Side seal operations, two sides sealing takes place here.
  • The Machine also has side gazetting arrangement.
  • Aset of rollers comprising of silicon rubber rollers and a ground and hard chrome plated steel form a nip driven by 1.0 HP DC Motor which pulls the web from the roll mounted on the unwind shaft.
  • A dancing roll mechanism maintains continuity and constant tension between the nip and cutting mechanisum.

    Bottom Sealing (Cold & Pressing Sections)
  • where bottom sealing, cold pressing and cutting of pouch take place simultaneously.
  • This is pneumatically operated.
  • An imported camera for mark sensing is provided.
  • A Three-roll high lift column is provided to adjust the length of the pouch mechanically.
  • A set of grooved rubber rollers mounted just prior to the cutting blades forms a nip & pulls the sealed tube and maintains constant tension while bottom seal takes place.
  • A stepper motor drives the nip.
  • A pre set counter and emegency stop mounted for an easy access for the operator is also provided in this section.
  • Bottom sealing & photo cell slidable on rack and pinion.

    Control Panel
      AN INTERATED ELECTRIC CONTROL PANEL COMPRISES OF THE FOLLOWING
  		• Thyristor control for 1.0 HP DC motor.
  		• Control circuit to operate dance roll.
  		• Time proportionate temperature controller - 4 nos.
  		• Resettable batch counter with totalizer.
