Micro controller based side seal bag making machine has following sections named;
Side Sealing and Cutting Section :
Where side sealing and cutting of bag take place simultaneously this is a mechenically operated.
A three role lift column is provided to adjust the length of the mechanically a set of grooved rubber role mounted just prior to the cutting blades form a nip and pulls the seal to bend maintains constant tension while T.B.S. sealed takes place.
The nip is driven by stepper motor.
A preset counter and emergency stop mounted for an easy access for the operator is also provided in this section.
An imported camera for censing is provided.
A dancing role mechanism with electronic sensing by proximity switch maintains continuity by two port and DC Drive and constant between the nip and cutting mechanism.
For side sealing operation sealing take place.
The machine also has bottom gusseting & flap arrangement.
Unwind Consist section :
a.
hard chrome plated steel shaft are provided to hold the film & tube role. Here, bag made by tube role. And side slitting or center slitting.
b.
The film role is mounted on the hard chrome plated steel shaft and the film is formed into a punch by guiding it a former.
